Film/Foil Capacitors in PMC 7.5-15 mm Designed for operation in various applications in which PCM 7.5 mm, 10 mm or 15 mm are needed. The distinctive features of this line are low inductance and low ESR. - Capacitance range depending on voltage:- FKS 3: 100-630 V DC: 1000 pF - 0.1 µF - FKP 3: 63-1000 V DC / 100 pF - 0.22 µF - FKM 3: 160-400 V DC / 220 pF - 0.033 µF - Capacitance tolerances: ±20%, ±10%, ±5% - PMC: 7.5 mm - 10 mm - 15 mm (FKP 3 only) - Dielectric: polyester film (FKS 3), polypropylene film (FKP 3), mixed film (FKM 3) - Temperature range: -55°C to +100°C - Dissipation factors (tan δ at 1 kHz and +20°C) : <= 3x10-4 - 8x10-3 Download:
