  • GTO MKP Pulse Capacitors

    The capacitors from this line feature very low self-inductance, low-loss polypropylene dielectric and high quality mounting contacts.
    The series is also characterized by very good suppression of disturbances. Additionally these capacitors are exceptionally mechanically stable and highly resistant to shocks and vibrations. Particularly recommended for use in power electronics applications such as thyristor based systems or IGBT modules.

    - Capacitance range depending on voltage:
          - MKP: 400-1400 V DC / 1.0 µF - 100 µF
    - Capacitance tolerances: ±20%, ±10%, ±5%
    - Maximum pulse rise time: 50 ... 250 V/µsec
    - Dielectric: polypropylene film
    - Temperature range: -55°C do +85°C
    - Dissipation factor (tan δ at 1 kHz and +20°C): <= 3x10-4 ... 5x10-4
    - Assembly: M6 or M8 threaded holes
