In what concerns its Semiconductor Division the production includes different types of semiconductor electronic components of varying complexity, from simple diodes, transistors and thyristors to elaborate, complex semiconductor components such as integrated circuits or sensors. On offer are also semiconductor microwave components, opto-electronic components and power electronics subassemblies - IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) modules or IPM (Intelligent Power Modules) modules based on IGBTs.
