9900 Series Non-Contacting Dual Output Hall Effect Rotary Sensors

BEI Technologies offers rugged, non-contacting rotary sensors featuring the Hall Effect technology. The design combines the advantages of potentiometers (few elements, simplicity of construction) with the durability and reliability of its non-contacting construction. Unlike other products from this range, the series ensures full redundancy from only two independent Hall Effect sensors incorporated within a common enclosure. In order to meet the most demanding durability requirements imposed by automotive industry and to withstand the harshest off highway conditions the 9900 Sensors are built within a rigid enclosure. The device comprises two programmable Hall Effect sensors that can be custom configured for various types of applications. Featuring a compact housing with an integral connector, the 9900 Sensor provides a liquid tight, fully sealed compact package.
